I have attached the inputs as discussed now the DI0 and DI1 inputs are triggered without any inputs from my sensor please advice from the picture the purple wire is connected to ACOM from 12V supply and the other 2 wires are my digital out put from my sensors

The connection is attached below i am using an Arduino controller to manage the outputs of my 2 sensors the 2 output ports are wired to DI0 and DI1 respectively and ACOM is connected to my 12V supply

This issue may be due to circuitry issue (Closed loop power flow) on the Arduino /w the sensors, causing opto-coupler in DI port to respond. Please try to connect sensors directly to the DI of Conprosys if possible.

The PIR sensor can be directly connected but the ultra sonic sensor requires the arduino to function properly is there any other solutions?

You can setup a static IP on your arduino, send information from IP to IP using Link settings in Visual Task Controller (VTC).
